Taurine and Glycine 1

Since summer 2023 I have been self experimenting with both Taurine and Glycine
Doseage: 1 gram of each, 3 times a day, dissolved together in water - so roughly 8 hours apart. Taurine tastes of pretty much nothing and glycine is quite sweet but not as sickly sweet as sucrose.
Rationale for dose being split - both have a short half life in the body and with the roles they play I want plenty about at all times, also if somehow there are side effects from v high doses splitting it seems likelky to minimise these
Some observations so far: better quality of sleep and much more vivid dreams which I can remember more, much less inflammation (knee pain gone, no sore joints etc), younger looking skin (pretty subjective but quite a few people have commented), no hang-overs if I over indulge in alcohol (also increased alcohol tolerance), generally feel both more calm and alert, my early stage Duputreyen's contracture seems to actually not only have halted but been substantially reversed (fewer and smaller nodules), faster growing hair and nails (not sureI need that)
No down sides so far but just becuase it has been so good for me doresn't mean you'll be the same, this is not medical advice...but it felt a bit too good not to share

A friend found this combination (3 x a day etc) sorted out his long standing psoriasis - took about twelve weeks
